Diglipur, Sept. 23: On the occasion of ‘International Sign Language Day’ observed today, the Block Project Office, Diglipur organized workshop & awareness at GSS Durgapur, Diglipur for teachers, parents & Students. The event was held under the theme ‘No Human Right without Sign Language Rights’.
