Sri Vijaya Puram, August 4: Mr. John Robert Babu, the President of the District Congress Committee South Andaman, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Bindiya Banerjee on her historic appointment as the National Secretary of the Indian National Youth Congress. In a written statement, Mr. Babu called her appointment a “remarkable milestone” and noted that she is the first person from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands to hold the position of National Secretary.
Mr. Babu stated that Ms. Bindiya’s achievement reflects her “dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Congress party”. He expressed confidence that her leadership and vision “will greatly inspire and strengthen the youth wing of the Congress”. The statement also commended her “passion for youth empowerment and commitment to social justice”.
