Kamorta, July 30: A health and drug awareness programme conducted today at GMSS School, Kamorta, in collaboration with CHC Nancowry and Nancowry Police Station. The programme aimed at educating school children on important issues related to health, personal safety and drug awareness.
Dr. Clementine, GDMO and Dr. Shabnam Salim, MO (Homoeopathy) from CHC Nancowry addressed the students on topics such as good touch and bad touch, personal hygiene and general health awareness. Sub-Inspector Shri Rahil Islam from Nancowry Police Station sensitized the students about the dangers of drug use, substance abuse, and its impact on youth. The students participated with enthusiasm, listened attentively, and expressed appreciation for the valuable knowledge shared.
