Campbell Bay, July 30: A Medical Assessment Camp was organized at PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School, Campbell Bay by the Block Project Officer under
Inclusive Education programme of Samagra Shiksha. A total of 53 students and their parents attended the camp, including 11 registered Children with Special Needs (CwSN) and 12 suspected. Parents, Anganwadi workers, and caregivers were also present. The camp focused on early identification and support for children with disabilities.
The CMO, PHC Campbell Bay and expert from ALIMCO (through virtual mode) assessed both registered and suspected Children with Special Needs urged to provide timely support through proper referrals and interventions.
