Port Blair, Feb 04: M S Yadav, 55 years old Head Constable was very busy in making arrangement for his daughter’s marriage, which is scheduled on 18th February 2013. Perhaps the old father had never imagined that just two week before his daughter’s marriage he will be killed in a road accident, leaving the entire family in the sea of sorrow.
According to relatives, M S Yadav was never seen without a helmet and always he used to follow all traffic rules very strictly. But he paid heavy price for other’s mistakes and absolute irresponsible behaviour.
On Monday night when Mr. Yadav was going towards Bazaar from Chakkargaon route, he was hit by a speeding moped coming from opposite direction. The moped was driven madly by two IRBn Jawans, under heavy influence of liquor.
The collision was so powerful that Mr. M S Yadav died on the spot while those who were riding moped under influence of liquor survived with minor injuries.
The Bar Culture of Andaman and Nicobar Islands has once again taken its toll last night. This time victim was an innocent person, who was busy in making arrangements for his daughter’s marriage. According to reports both the IRBn Jawans have been arrested by Police and a case has been registered against them.
