Port Blair, Feb 24: A three day National Level Seminar on Swatantraveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose : Freedom Struggle and Bharatiya Nationalism will be organized by Indian Council of Historical Research , Ministry of Education , Govt. of India , New Delhi and Akhil Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana , New Delhi on 26-28 Feb 2023 at DBRAIT , Dollygunj . In the inaugural session on 26th Feb , Hon’ble Minister of State , Education , Govt. of India , Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan will be the Chief Guest and Hon’ble Minister of State , Home Ministry , Govt. of India , Shri Nishit Pramanik will be the Guest of Honour .
