Port Blair, Sept. 11: One COVID positive case has been detected today in A&N Islands from incoming flight passenger who arrived yesterday.Today, 10flights with 1754passengers arrived, out of which, 1645passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on85passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 30passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 13passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 25passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, nopositive case has been detected.
