Port Blair, Aug 16: The Indira Gandhi National Open University offers the Fee Exemption Scheme for SC/ST Applicants. The applicants belonging to SC/ST category will be eligible for fee exemption to seek fresh admission in the specific academic programmes of IGNOU. The SC/ST applicants who are eligible and willing to avail the benefits of fee exemption can submit their applications in online mode along with a soft copy of the documents required for the claim.
