Port Blair, Feb 01: Three persons arrested by PS Aberdeen for burglary of 14 bundles of wire worth Thirty Thousand Rupees recovered within 03 hours of registration of FIR.
On 29-01-2022, a written complaint was received at PS Aberdeen against unknown accused person from a resident of Babu Lane, Camp at 4th Cross Road, Junglighat, Port Blair, regarding theft of around 14-15 bundles of wire (Make: Anchor) worth around Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty thousand only) from her under construction house at Babu Lane.
Upon this, a case Vide Crime No. 20/2022, dated 29.01.2022, under appropriate sections of law was registered at PS Aberdeen against unknown accused person and investigation was entrusted to SI Regan Isaac. Immediately, after registration of FIR, a team consisting with SI Regan Isaac (Investigating Officer), HC/Sunil Singh Yadav, PC/S.N Rao, PC/Sandeep Lakra, PC/Sonu Yadav, PC/Ashish Kumar and PC/Shiv Kumarof PS Aberdeen was constituted. The team swung into action and nabbed the accused persons namely JagernathLakra @ Ajay, S/o Sh. BudhwaLakra (43) yrs, Pvt. Worker, R/o Bargat Line, Port Blair, Rajiv Biswas @ Raju Biswas, S/o Robin Biswas (21) yrs, AKS Bus Conductor, R/o SarderTikrey, Diglipur, presently at Shadipur and Balvir Beck, S/o Sh. Stephen Beck (40) yrs, Pvt. worker, R/o Aberdeen, with the stolen property, under the supervision of Insp. K. Joju, SHO PS Aberdeen and under the overall supervision of Sh. Saurabh Chandra, DANIPS, SDPO, South Andaman.
