  1. The service of electronic city department is very poor specially in the filed of payment of bills. No online is working properly and of line also not responding . Customer service in payment in bills is totally failed. Customer is ready to his bills well in time but the behaviour of the staff is not cooperative due to which unnecessary surcharges/ late payment penalty imposed on the customer. Specially in the area of bambooflat. South andaman.
