Port Blair, Oct 19: A delegation of NSUI today met with the Principal of JNRM on the issue of denying entry to girl students in JNRM Girls’ Hostel yesterday evening. According to details available the Principal JNRM assured NSUI that such incident will not take place in future under any circumstances.
This is worth mentioning here that after intervention of Dr. Hemanth Kumar Sharma, Principal, JNRM the girl students got entry inside the Girls’ Hostel.
Expressing displeasure over the issue the NSUI demanded change of JNRM Girls’ hostel warden.
Mr. M A Sajid, the State President, NSUI and his team expressed gratitude to Principal, JNRM for quick action and Mrs. Zubaida Begam President, Andaman Mahila Mandal for supporting the girl students.
