Port Blair, Sept 13: Mr. Rangalal Halder, President, Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee along with senior leaders of the Congress party and its frontal organizations have deeply mourned the demises of Mr. Oscar Fernandes (80 years) Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP who passed away on 13.09.2021 at Mangaluru.
