Port Blair, May 28: A team of Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, State Vice President & In-Charge Seva Hi Sanghtan – II, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, under the leadership of Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, the president of A & N State BJP Unit, reached out to the residents of the Tsunami Shelter area which was a containment zone until recently and provided ration kits to more than 130 families. The team also assured all possible help to the residents of the area.
The residents of Tsunami Shelter were deprived of even basic necessities because of the restrictions imposed and the inclement weather conditions.
