Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 16: On the occasion of Independence Day, the TSG Charitable Foundation distributed fruit kits and sweet boxes among the inmates of St. Thomas Catholic Church’s Old Age and Disabled Persons Home.
The programme was organised under the direction of Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman, TSG Charitable Foundation, as part of the Foundation’s continued efforts to spread care, compassion and happiness among vulnerable sections of society.
The programme was coordinated by Mr. Ameer Bax, Programme Coordinator, A&N Islands, and Mr. P. Suresh, Coordinator, Diglipur Zone along with Mr. Asit Bain, Social Worker, Mr. Ramchandran, Ex Pradhan, Mr. Anil Das, Social Worker, Mr. Ashok, Social Worker and several others.
The initiative brought moments of joy and togetherness to the elderly and differently-abled inmates, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to serving the community and celebrating the spirit of Independence Day with those who need care and support.
