Mayabunder, Apr 23: On 21/04/2021, the Ld. Court of JMFC, Mayabunder presided over by Shri Vikramjit Sen convicted the accused Laxman Halder (PGT) in connection with PS Rangat ( FIR No 26/15 ) Dt. 01/03/2015 for the offence punishable Under Section 279/337 and sentenced him to suffer Simple imprisonment for 03 three months and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,000/- Under Section 279 and also sentenced him to suffer Simple imprisonment for 03 three months and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- Under Section 337. The State Prosecution was conducted by Shri Pradeep Ram, Assistant Public Prosecutor, North & Middle Andaman.
