Port Blair, September 11: Following a tip-off, a team of Forest Department today patrolled inside the Jarawa Reserve Forest on the eastern coast and went deep into the forest inside Pyima Nallah wherein the team of Forest removed 15 numbers plastic traps that were laid in the forest to catch the wild animals.
Meanwhile, the team comprising of Mr. Uttam Kumar Mistry, Forest Guard, Mr. Keshabanandan Ganguly, Forest Guard, Mr. Ganesh Sahoo, Mazdoor, and Mr. S. Raju of AAJVS also rescued 03 wild boars from the trap laid by the poachers.
