Car Nicobar, Aug 05: Govt. Secondary School Arong, Car Nicobar organized a rally on Jan Andolan under Jal Shakti Abhiyan on 01/08/2019. Students, Headmaster, Teachers, and SMC members participated in the rally. Mr. Tiberies, GIT delivered a short speech to the need for Conservation of water, Tips and tricks in saving water. Mr. Gabriel, Headmaster, GSS Arong, encouraged the students to take part in the Jan Andolan and spread awareness among their community. The programmes were concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Augustin, GTT.
Painting Competition was also conducted among the students on the same day on the topic Jan Andolan under Jal Shakti Abhiyan.
