Port Blair, Jan 22: 17-year old Esow Alben, the star cyclist of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, today received the Baal Shakti Puraskar from the President of India, making entire UT proud.
The cyclist from Andaman and Nicobar Islands rose to Junior World No. 1 at the UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championship in Aigle, Switzerland.
