Port Blair, July 30: The Member of Parliament of A & N Islands today organized a Dharna infront of the AC’s office of Diglipur in protest of recent encroachment drives, conducted by N & M District Administration. The MP met AC, Diglipur with State General Secretary BJP Mr. Ajay Bairagi and other leaders. During the meeting the AC reportedly asked Mr, Rebati Biswas to go out of his room, when Mr. Rebati Biswas urged him to give a week notice to the makeshift tea stall owners, on the road side before encroachment removal drive. Fuming over this the MP came out of the AC’s office and continued his dharna for few more hours.
