I extend my warm greetings to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on the auspicious occasion of ‘Deepavali’.
This festival of lights motivates us to shun darkness from our lives and develop civilizational virtues, spreading light of peace, brotherhood & mutual prosperity.
