Diglipur, Feb 21: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank has Inaugurates its computerized Bank & ATM at Aerial Bay today morning. Asst Commissioner Diglipur Shailender Singh, IAS unveiled the plaque and inaugurated the Computerized branch and ATM by cutting the ribbon in the presence of Mr. Bhagat Singh, Chairman, (ANSCB) Managing Director Mr. Murugan (ANSCB), ZP member J Boby, villagers and a large gathering of SHG members Society members.
Mr Murugan presented a achievements of the ANSCB. He also urged all the general public to come forward and avail ATM services of the bank. He asked the general public to be cautious with their ATM Pin and other details and urged all the customers not to reveal their card and Pin details to anyone.
Mr. Bhagat Singh, Chairman of the bank in his keynote address urged all the people of the area to come forward and open their Savings A/c with the Bank and avail the benefits of ATM. He also urged people to take maximum benefit of the schemes of the bank.
Earlier after inauguration the Self help group members presented a welcome song. The Chairman ANSCB welcomes the chief Guest by presenting a bouquet. On this occasion the Madam Laxmi Singh felicitated the First Customer of the Bank during inauguration on 23rd Jan 1989 by presenting a shawl and bouquet to her.
The programme ended with vote of thanks proposed by Bank Manager.
