Port Blair, Dec 15: The Andaman & Nicobar Gazetted Officers’ Association deeply mourned the untimely demise of Mr. Y.K. Singh, former Asst. Director of Education (Admn)/Principal, SIE in the early morning today (15.12.2017) at his home town on the mainland. He was 70 years. The Association has conveyed its heartfelt condolence to the family members of Mr. Y.K. Singh.
