Port Blair, Nov 27: Human Care Foundation (HCF) a registered NGO organized an interactive workshop on stress management, active – mind engaging, body relaxation therapy-stretching & relaxing and meditation in association with Gram Panchayat Mannarghat on 26/11/2017 at Community hall, Malapuram. On behalf of NGO (HCF) Mrs. Shilpi Rai (President) with Mr. Ashis Kumar (General Secretary) are present on the workshop.
A 2½ hour’s session take by Miss S. Puja Rao, psychotherapy on the subject. All together nearly 100 participant are participated on the workshop comprise with local Youths, senior citizens, PRIs members, etc. and give very good response on the workshop.
The Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mannarghat Mr. O. Bashir expressed his sincere thanks for taking such type of programme for welfare of the villagers.
