Port Blair, August 23: A lady learnt to be a resident of Shadipur on 7th August registered a complaint against an unknown person for sending her Vulgar images and messages following which the Aberdeen Police Station on 7th August itself registered a case Under Section 354A, 354D, 509 IPC RWS 67 (A) of IT Act & all the section are non bail-able in nature as per modesty of women.
Actively taking prompt action on the case the Special Team of PS Aberdeen consisting of SI Sijju Kumar, HC 910 Vijay Shanker and PC Shiv Kumar worked tremendously hard in the case to find out the accused and the team putting all efforts tracked the unknown with the help of the number through which the accused used to sent the vulgar messages to the lady.
As per details the lady and the accused became friends in Facebook.
The accused was traced at Vyalikaval, Bengaluru City following which the special team proceeded to Bengaluru yesterday morning and early this morning the team arrested the accused from his residence. The accused have been produced to the Court at Bengaluru, it is learnt.
According to reports, the accused will be brought to Port Blair tomorrow. Further details in this case is still awaited.
