Diglipur, Mar 15: SBI Diglipur today holds a town hall meeting at Subhashgram Gram Panchayat hall at Diglipur. This is a part of 600 town hall meetings all over India. Apart from Diglipur, at Port Blair and Nancowry also this meeting held. SBI organizes these meetings to get the correct feedback to improve its offerings and services.
The manager SBI, Diglipur Shri Ratnadeep Sarkar, spoke on Cashless transactions new digital initiatives of the Bank, in Branch Banking and Anytime channels such as State Bank No Queue, SWAYAM, SBI in touch State Bank Samadhaan, SBI Quick & SB Secure in mobile banking applications. Sarkar also described about the digital products and its utilization along with its services which are quite simple and transparent to understand.
After this the house was thrown open to the customers to share their suggestions and feedback. Large number of merchant owners and general public attended on this occasion.
