Port Blair, June 14: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, INTUC, in a letter addressed to the Chairperson ,Port Blair Municipal Council, has invited attention of the Council to the Office Memorandum No. 10/02/2011-E.III/A .dated 18th March, 2012 of the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and made an appeal for early implementation of decision of the government, to grant one increment on 01.01.2006 in the pre-revised pay scale as a one time measure to those employees who were due to get their annual increment between February to June during 2006 and thereafter to give next increment in the revised pay structure on 01.07.2006 as per Rule 10 of the CCS(RP)Rules,2008 as the employees of the Council are governed by the CCS(RP) Rules,2008.
