Port Blair, Nov 21: Master Ansh Sanjay aged 10 yrs has been nominated by the Govt of India for the National Child Award, 2016 for his exceptional skills in Sports, Dance, Music, and Academic. This child prodigy has been awarded and appreciated all around in the State and National level Competitions.
At the age of 7 Master Ansh had become the youngest child to receive Black Belt in Karate and clinched Gold Medal (1st position) in the All India Invitational Open Karate Championship 2014. He also featured in his school -Carmel School Annual Magazine, Carmel Echoes, for being the youngest Black Belt awardee in the Andaman Islands
He is the youngest in the UT of Andaman & Nicobar Islands to be selected in the Gladrags Talent Hunt twice in the year 2013 and 2015. With tremendous hard work and zeal he has achieved greater heights, more than what was expected from a child of his age.
The Secretary Social Welfare, A & N Admn has congratulated the young champion for being conferred with the prestigious award.
