Port Blair, Sept 27: The Chairperson of Municipal Council, Mr B Eswar Rao will lay the foundation stone for construction of a new Black Top Road at Nepali Basti, Dudh Line in Ward no. 12 on Sept 28, 2016 at 4.30 pm. The Secretary, PBMC, Mr Yashpal Garg and Junior Vice Chairman, Mr SNN Gregory will also be present on the occasion.
