Port Blair, Sept 6: The South Andaman Teachers’ Branch of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association (NGGOA), A & N Islands has congratulated Mr Chanchal Singha Roy and Dr. Lalita Rao, Graduate Trained Teachers of the Education Department, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, who have been selected for National Award for Best Teachers 2015. The award was given to them by the President of India on Monday at a function organized at New Delhi on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. The association has conveyed its appreciation to both the teachers for having achieved such a feat through their sheer hard work and innovative ideas.
