Port Blair, June 7: The Andaman College (ANCOL) here proposes to prepare a panel of Guest Faculty/ Resource persons to deliver lecture in ANCOL on “as and when required” basis for the academic session 2016-2017 in the disciplines Viz English, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Environmental Studies, BBA, Psychology, Sociology, Music, B.Com, B.Com(CS), Hindi and Economics,.
The resource persons shall be paid Rs 1000/- per lecture (02 Hours) to a maximum of Rs 25000/-per month. The assignment is purely on temporary basis depending upon the requirement of teaching work load in the concerned subject.
The engagement of the Guest Faculty/ Resource persons will be carried out in accordance with the Recruitment rules and UGC norms. Candidates must possess good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Masters Degree level. However candidates with Ph.D and NET shall be preferred.
