Port Blair, April 15: The Department of Art and Culture, A &N Administration will organize befitting events to celebrate World Heritage Day on April 18 to create awareness towards the preservation of heritage of the Islands. As part of the celebration, free entry to the Cellular Jail will be allowed on April 18 to all tourists and visitors from 9 am. to 4 pm.
