Head Constable hangs himself after tiff with wife

Port Blair, January 28: A police head constable posted in Diglipur Mr Neel Kanth, 39 years ended his life yesterday evening at Rangat after a tiff with his wife.
As per reports, the Police Constable Mr Neel Kanth went on a medical leave at Rangat where his wife is posted. It is learnt that after a quarrel with his wife yesterday evening he drove away his wife from the room and locked the room from inside and took this extreme step.
It is also learnt that wife of Police Head Constable is also a Police personnel posted at Rangat Police Station.
As per sources, the family dispute started just because the wife of Mr Neel Kanth was upset because of his frequent transfers.
