Port Blair, Jan 19: The Port Blair Municipal Council has asked all residents to pay dues outstanding against them towards water charges, property tax, conservancy fee and market rent etc before Jan 30, 2016 to avoid termination of Municipal services including disconnection of commercial as well as domestic water tap connection and to avoid the payment of late fee charges @2% per month on outstanding amount.
