Billyground, Dec 02: The Billyground Police have arrested one youth, Mr. Biswajeet Halder for attacking another youth at Basantipur Village of Middle Andaman last night.
According to report last night Mr. Biswajeet Halder brought 21 years old youth Bijoy Bairagi at PHC Billyground and told a cooked up story that some bike riders had attacked him with knifes.
But in the morning when Mr. Bijoy Bairagi was questioned by police Mr. Bairagi alleged that it was actually Biswajeet Halder, who had attacked him. Later on interrogation the accused accepted his crime. Soon he was arrested.
The reason behind the attack is believed to be personal enmity. The injured youth Mr. Bijoy Bairagi runs a chicken shop at Panighat area of Middle Andaman.
