Port Blair, Nov 10: The Assistant Commissioner (HQ), Mr Kumar Benadickt, inaugurated the Zonal Library (Branch) at Mayabunder on Monday for the benefit of the residents of Mayabunder and adjacent areas. The Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Mayabunder, Smt Jagdishwari, Pradhan, Pokadera, Mr Jayasheelan were also present on the occasion.
Mr Mammen Thomas, Deputy Education Officer, Mayabunder welcomed the gathering at the inaugural function. Mr Kamraj, Librarian, Zonal Library Lucknow proposed the vote of thanks.
