Port Blair, Oct 05: A 17 year old girl of Dollygunj area tried to commit suicide by consuming poison this afternoon at her residence. Luckily parents of the girl shifted her to hospital before it is too late, after finding her struggling with pain.
The girl was shifted to G B Pant Hospital and it is learnt that now she is out of danger. The reason behind such extreme step is not yet known.
