Port Blair, Sept 10: The Tagore Govt. College of Education here has published the provisional merit lists for admission to two-year B.Ed. degree programme for the session 2015-16 in the institute on Thursday. The list has also been uploaded in the official website of the administration, www.andaman.gov.in.
The counselling for admission will be held on Sept 11, 2015 from 9.30 am in the auditorium of the institute and no separate intimation will be given for the counselling session. All desirous candidates, whose names appear in the provisional list, have been asked to attend the counselling session at the stipulate time. Selected candidates will be given admission on the same day and classes will commence from the next working day. Candidates who are admitted will have to deposit the fees and other documents on the same day failing which their cases for admission will not be considered. Candidates, who fail to attend the counselling session on time will not be considered for admission and the next candidate in the merit list will be considered for admission, a release says.
