Port Blair, Sept 07: A car driven by a cop today hit a road side railing near light house cinema, this morning. According to report the cop was driving down the Bangali Club road at around 6.00 PM, when suddenly he lost control over his vehicle and the vehicle took a sudden right turn and smashed the railing of Light House Cinema.
Although public allege that the cop lost control over i-20 vehicle as the vehicle was at very high speed sources in police department maintained that the accident took place as ‘something’ came infront of the vehicle.
Fortunately, the car didn’t hit any commuters on the road and no one suffered any major injuries in this accident. A team of police immediately reached the spot and took the cop to the hospital.
