Port Blair, Aug 31: For the first time in the history of A&N Islands, Renshi M.D. Selvam has achieved and received the Degree of International Referee from Master Shri Billy Broagan (FIGM) Chief Referee World Martial Art Council from UK London who imparted training and issued the certificates.
It is also a matter of great pride that three of the senior most Karate Ka’s namely Shri C. Parthiban (Black Belt), Shri R. Srikanth (Black Belt) and Miss I. Sneha Ilaiyadarshini have also been qualified as National referees which was held at New Delhi recently, a communication from the President, Island Tang Soo Do Sports Association, A&N Islands, Shri F. Rubin Fernando said.
