Mayabuder, May 13: A Police team of PS Mayabunder comprising Inspector Abdul Sajid SHO PS, HC/R.K. Rathour, HC/A.K. Singh, PC/ Zulfikar Ahmed and LPC/Nikita on receipt of information conducted search near the jungle of Tugapur No. 2 and recovered 11 pieces of Soft Wood (Species Bakota) Planks measuring length 3 mtrs. Breadth 1 Inch and Width 11 Inch beside the house of one Uttam, Auto- Rikhsaw Driver.
A seizure memo was prepared to that effect and all the recovered soft wood was handed over to forest official for further action under Indian Forest Act.
