Port Blair, Oct 14: The Dolphin Beach Resort, Havelock managed by the Tourism Department, A&N Administration is a prime property that has been upgraded and renovated. The Resort has 31 rooms, multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, convention centre, gym, etc and 31 cottages are being added. On completion, the resort would be equivalent to a four star category accommodation. The Tourism Department has invited bids from reputed, experienced and registered Hoteliers/ Resort/Restaurant owners, to Outsource Food & Beverage & Bar services of Dolphin Resort Havelock, on annual premium basis for a period of 3 years, extendable for another 2 years. The tender document containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the Administration website www.and.nic.in or can be collected from the Cashier (IP&T) on payment of Rs.1000/-. As per the tender notice, the last date for receipt of bid is fixed on 28/10/2014 at 1500 hrs. A pre-bid meeting on 17/10/2014 at 1500 hrs in the Conference hall of Directorate of Tourism. Interested bidders having queries with regard to the terms and conditions of the said work can get it clarified during the pre bid meeting.
