Betapur, Apr 10: Police has registered a NC FIR against Mr. Arshad Warsi, Pradhan of Betapur Panchayat for delivering hate speech on the last day of campaigning. It is alleged that Mr. Warsi had used highly objectionable and unparliamentarily words for the sitting Member of Parliament, Mr Bishnu Pada Ray and other BJP leaders during a political rally on the last day of campaigning.
“Now action will be taken as per the direction of court. We are waiting for Court’s directions,” SP of North and Middle Andaman, Mr. Santoosh Kumar Meena told Andaman Sheekha today.
