Port Blair, Jan 27: Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliamentary, A & N Parliamentary Constituency have deeply mourned the loss of lives of tourists in the tragic boat accident which was occurred in the deep sea between North Bay and Ross Island of A & N Island on 26th January 2014.
