Port Blair, Jan 27: In view of the tragic incident of Boat-capsizing at Port Blair under South Andaman which occurred on 26/01/2014, the Lt Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has called off the celebrations of the ceremonial function the “Beating the Retreat” to be held on 29/01/2014 at Netaji Stadium.
