Port Blair, Dec 11: Indira Gandhi National Open University, one of the Mega-Universities in the World, announces Admissions to its Distance Education Academic Programme in Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Development (PGDUPDL) for the Academic Cycle commencing from January 2014. India is 2nd largest urban system in the world with more than 30 percent of urban population. It is expected that by 2025, half of the India’s population will be urbane.
