Port Blair, Sept 01: The first Indira Gandhi Memorial Lecture on the issues of National Security will be held at 5 pm at the auditorium of BRAIT on Sept. 4, 2013. The Lt. Governor, Lt. Gen (Retd) A.K. Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM shall address the gathering on the occasion.
The lecture, which is open for the general public, will also be attended by students, scholars, officers from the defence services as well as the UT Administration.
