Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept 28: The India Meteorological Department (IMD), Sri Vijaya Puram, has issued weather warnings for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands for September 29 and 30, 2026.
On September 29 and 30, thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds reaching 30–40 kmph are likely to occur at one or two places over the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The IMD’s latest warning bulletin also lists thunderstorm, lightning and squall activity for both September 29 and 30 over the islands.
