Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept 20: Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh (ANRKM) organised Triennial Conference in presence of All India Sah Sangathan Mantri of BMS, Mr. Ganesh Mishra, All India President, Rashtriya Rajya Karmachari Sangh (RRKMS) Mr. Gaurav Soni, All India General Secretary, RRKMS Mr. Rajendra Kr. Shrivastav. The Chief Guest of the occasion was Er. Prijith Rekh, CE, APWD, Swamy Shuddhanand was Guest of honour of the programme and the State President, Mrs. Venkat Laxmi, Mr. Jaydeep Kr. Dey, President, ANRKM and Mr. S. Biju Pillai, General Secretary, ANRKM joined hands to lighten the lamp for the inauguration of the Conference.
The General Secretary, Mr. S. Biju Pillai welcomed the gathering and conveyed the brief of formation of ANRKM in these Islands and presented a memento of Bhagwan Krishna to all guests in the dais. Swamy Shuddhanand Saraswati gave Ashish vachhan to all delegates. Mr. Gaurav Soni delivered the efforts of ANRKM to present it before the national authorities for early settlement. The Chief Guest Er. Prijith Rekh applauded the launch of Blood Donation Unit by ANRKM and wished all to unite for a better future. Being a citizen of these Islands and holding the Chief Engineer of APWD appealed to all present delegates to conserve water, utilise Rain water for overcoming the crisis of water in these islands. Mr. K. Thyagarajan, Vibhag Sah Karyavah of RSS presented the activities of RSS in these islands. The inauguration session concluded with the vote of thanks by President, ANRKM.
All the Unit’s representatives presented the report in brief. The Returning officer, RRKMS declared the new assignment in which Mr. Jaydeep Kr. Dey, Mr. S. Biju Pillai and Mr. A. Vijay Nair was assigned as President, General Secretary and Finance Secretary. Altogether the committee was newly constituted of 37 committee members.
