Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr. 5: A three-day specialised training programme aimed at capacity building and strengthening of Elected Women Representatives (EWRs) was conducted at the block level. The programme focused on enhancing leadership skills, promoting gender awareness, and improving effective participation in Panchayat governance.
In the valedictory session, Smti. Lalita Tigga, BDO, Ferrargunj, distributed certificates & leadership awards, recognizing the active participation of the trainees.
Earlier, in her welcome address, Ms. Saakshi Saha, BPM, highlighted the importance of empowering women representatives for inclusive and effective grassroots governance.
