
Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept 16: The Island School Under-17 football team made a spectacular start to their campaign in the 64th Subroto Cup Football Tournament, registering a convincing 3-0 victory over Telangana on Monday.
Right from the beginning, the Island School boys dominated the game with aggressive play and sharp coordination, leaving no room for their opponents to recover. Barbeta, Willfenandis Nathan, and Augustine Joshua scored a goal each, sealing a comprehensive win for the team.
